Regarding Our Standard Package

How long will it take to build out my website?

It will depend on how quickly you fill out your onboarding form and schedule your account set up call. Once we receive your onboarding form and complete your account setup call, we aim for a completion time of no more than 10 days.

What happens after I sign up for the standard package?

After you check out, you will be directed to schedule your account set up call for a video conference appointment with our Customer Success Team.

You will also receive via email a link to a Client Onboarding Form that we will need you to complete to finish your website.

Once both of these steps are taken, we will work on your website and provide you with a first draft of your website for your approval and or revision requests.

After we receive your approval, your website will be live in no later than 3 more days. If we receive the form in a timely manner and you schedule the account set up call soon, we strive to have websites up and running in no more than 10 days.

Do I need to have a domain name already?

No, you don't. We buy the domain name and lease it out to you so that you only have one payment to us for all your website needs.

What if I have hosting with another company?

We will not service our web design and maintenance with another hosting company. You would need to cancel your hosting provider plan and our plan will replace that and more for your website.

What if I have already bought my domain name and want to keep it?

You can keep your domain name separately, but you will be the owner of that domain with your domain provider.

So you will be responsible for paying for your annual plan with them, and remembering to do so.

If you purchased your plan, and want us to renew it moving forward, we will need to transfer ownership once your plan expires so that you can just have one payment to us to take care of all your website needs.

Do you provide website maintenance?

Yes, we do. We provide one website design, but have ongoing support. As a customer if you have any website support needs, just email us at [email protected].
